Spend some time noticing how fast or slow you chew, how you swallow, how often you pause in order to drink, or to reflect on food’s taste, or any of other diverse feelings in eating that you might have, including the feeling of becoming satiated. If you finish a biscuit and want to analyse your patterns more, go ahead and eat as many biscuits as you want.
