DAY1 Drama with Class 1

The Three Headed Monsters of Ludic Collective (Hennie, Iulia and Chae-eun) have finally arrived at A.S Neill’s Summerhil School.

On our first day, while inhaling the fresh Suffolk air, trying to remember everyone’s names and getting used to the whole new environment; we began with a movement workshop with the youngest children – the Class1 kids.

Aged 5-9, the children warmed up in the little black theatre space with us and explored how it might be to move with heavy gravity levels.

The children learned how their bodies react to the Centrifugal force with Iulia by spinning around together. Each children came up with inventive ways to move in their inverted planet and created their own special ways of greeting each other.
